Clomidex is an anti-estrogen compound that is well known within the steroid using community, but few people know that gynecomastia can be minimized/avoided with this compound if combined with testosterone, which inhibits estrogen production in men. Clomidex binds to your estrogen receptors, preventing them from binding to other compounds (like testosterone) and activating downstream pathways that lead to gynecomastia.

Clomidex by Sciroxx, is a dietary supplement designed for men specifically to combat estrogenic action in the body. Clomiphene citrate, which is the active ingredient in Clomidex, has been shown to have anti-estrogenic effects. This compound binds to estrogen receptors and prevents them from activating, therefore preventing/minimizing gynecomastia while increasing fat loss.

Clomidex by Sciroxx, contains 50mg of Clomiphene Citrate per tablet which is equal to approximately 28mg of pure Clomiphene Citrate.

How does Clomidex (Clomiphene Citrate) work

Clomiphene citrate works by countering estrogenic action in the body. This compound not only binds to estrogen receptors so that they cannot activate downstream pathways, but also prevents these pathways from being activated by other compounds (like testosterone). However, clomiphene citrate’s inhibition of estrogen is reversible and studies on animals has shown that the effect is lost after a few days. Clomiphene citrate has been shown to be effective in minimizing estrogenic side-effects and may even increase the effectiveness of other steroids when used with them

Clomidex is best used during bulking phases or times where blood levels of testosterone are naturally high.

How to take Clomidex

For Men: 50-100mg/day for up to 6 weeks followed by a break of at least 4 weeks. If necessary, dose can be increased up to 200mg/day.
